CEO, founderDr. Leroy A. Latshaw, CEO, Sheffield University, Ph.D. Industrial Management, MBA Psychology Business Management. Native Hawaiian (Asian Pacific American) descent, Leroy is a serial entrepreneur who has launched and established multiple million-dollar brands over the past several years. After serving in the United States military for 21 years, he and his wife Jamie started Lexicon, Inc. in 2005 to provide specialized cultural and military training to the spectrum of Armed Forces and government agencies. Just five years after its inception, Lexicon was included in the annual Inc. 500 list of fastest-growing private companies in America with an extraordinary three-year growth rate of 14,081%. In 2010, Leroy went on to create Latshaw Training Group, Inc. which provides Aviation Services to emerging businesses across America. In 2017, he went back to school and graduated with a Ph.D. in Industrial Management from the prestigious Sheffield University. He has been a major influence in starting many profitable enterprises across the United States and the world.

COO, Elijah is a 2017 graduate of Occidental College, obtaining his undergraduate degree in Economics, and also a 2018 graduate of The University of Nottingham Business School with an MSc in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management. He started his career interning as a field manager for Lexicon Inc. but has worked on other entrepreneurial ventures since the inception of his business career. His most recent professional pursuits include program director at Lexicon Inc., and most recently Sales Representative at Eureka Brewing Company (started in November 2020), where he helped open over 70 accounts in the Los Angeles Area over a 3-month span. Elijah will manage the day-to-day operations of Azoll.

Saif Alchi, CFO, has been in the financial industry for nearly 20 years. Currently, he holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at a defense contracting firm. He handles all major financial decisions. He is responsible for managing company cash, preparing and filing quarterly/annual financial reports, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, and reviewing payroll records regularly for accurate job costing. Along with his financial experience, he has knowledge in the consumer goods space. Employee management and security were his most important values.
Saif holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.

Alex serves as the Chief Technology Officer for Azoll Water Company. Alex brings nearly two decades of experience in the Information Technology field, having served in a variety capacities across various industries.
Alex earned his Bachelor of Science and Associate of Science degrees in Computer Networking Sciences from ITT Technical Institute. He also holds a number of industry specific certifications including PMI Project Manager Professional (PMP), IASSC Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Scrum Master, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator and Engineer (MCSA, MCSE), and CompTIA Network+ and Security+. He has a passion for leading teams and successfully executing projects to completion.

Mason is a 2020 graduate from Occidental College where he received a Bachelors of Arts in Economics. While studying at Occidental he also minored in Studio Art and Graphic Design. Since graduation, Mason has contributed to a number of startup ventures assisting with visual design and the physical imaging of said projects. At his current occupation he is a Paralegal for Catalina Structured Funding, Inc. where he is responsible for drafting court orders and petitions to be presented before to Judicial Officers in civil matters regarding the Transfer of Structured Settlement Payment Rights.

Bryan earned his bachelor's degree in Digital Arts with a major in Animation from the University of Makati in 2014.
For almost five years, he worked as a 3D Graphic Designer for Micronet Software Manila Inc. A company based in Japan that creates 3D furniture for Japanese customers. After that, in order to get additional expertise, he began freelancing in other 3D assignments.
He has modeled organic and hard surfaces in 3D, as well as characters and objects. He's also capable of creating some graphic visuals.

Adonis has a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication and has worked as a virtual assistant since 2015. He began his freelancing career as an ESL tutor to students of various nationalities, the majority of whom were Asians and Europeans.
While tutoring, he also worked as a Virtual Assistant for Customer Service and Social Media Management.
Adonis, as a customer service agent, provides outstanding support to consumers over the phone, including information on services, billing inquiries, and payment.
For the Social Media Management course, he became a scholar of the Department of Information, Communication, and Technology, where he studied and developed abilities that he now employs for the team.
Adonis was a local radio host Disck Jockey in his city prior to his freelancing career. He works as a host for events including weddings, debuts, parties, and other social gatherings.
